Danny and Saber seem like clean hits this go around. Dangerous and prone to malicious recreational violence regardless of role.
Spike's wrapped up with Buffy and Giles. There's history there, mixed I believe, but Giles and Spike spent the last month playing guardian to Buffy. I don't know enough about their world's brand of vampirism to be able to pin that killing on him for anything close to certain, though the personal connection doesn't look great for him either.
The suspicion on Armand and Devon specifically for the diamond-aligned murders seems to have stemmed from the fact they're both fleshworkers and a fleshworker's tool was used. I don't think that's the lead those inspired by it seem to think it is, given everyone was killed in the dead of night and the hammers were all lined up in the usual spot covered in the usual fleshworker gore by the time they were checked.
There's still a possibility of Armand for Giles, he's smart enough to frame another vampire, but it sounds like there's a chance it wasn't a vampire at all.
He drank from her, as vampires are wont to do when they're experiencing increased hunger. In spite of that, he was careful not to drain her, and delivered her to the medical tent immediately afterward.
I'm not saying he's not dangerous and worth considering. I'm saying he's not a Saber or a Danny.
